Influencing Change
No matter how hard we try, we can never get away from change. Change is something that is going to happen automatically and eventually. Influencing change to the hearts instead of the minds is thinking of a larger group instead of specific such as Sped or Gen Ed. I feel we traditionally target the mind over the heart because we tend to pay more attention to what people think rather than what they feel. By using my “Why, What, and How” I will continue to share and influence educators to provide me feedback on my innovation plan. Also by using the six sources of influence, I will get more educators to be a part of my team on helping our SpEd students become successful while using technology.
