With me being so tech savvy, I love that my SpEd kids get to utilize technology. I know there are a lot of stipulations on what students with learning disabilities can and can not do, but I brag about my students because they all know how to use technology very well. I implement a lot of interacting and engaging games on our smartboard as well.

We all have to understand that education is changing into more of a technological world. But educators must first be properly trained and get to know great resources for their students to utilize. My students mostly utilize N2Y and MyON. N2Y has a lot of curricula on their where students can focus on all 4 subjects. MyON is a great app for students to listen to some of their favorite books. For the lower functioning kids who can’t quite read, MyON helps them get their 30 minutes of reading per week.
