Growth Mindset

As an educator, I feel having a growth mindset rather than a fixed mindset is better for the team and the students. Having a growth mindset means you are willing to change, try something new, and explore new teaching methods that can make things easier and more efficient. Having a fixed mindset is like not wanting to change and not being open to the new learning methods out there. Having a growth mindset can change someone's way of learning because it will open and expand their minds. Everyone’s mind should be altered and changed overtime because nothing stays the same.
