Mindsets and COVA

This semester I have been more focused and working on my ePortfolio. devloping the growth mindset has expanded my mind to accept feedback, accept criticism and know that its because they are trying to help me, instead of knock me down. i see the growth mindset continuing to help me thrive in the future because by having a growth mindset, you are willing to change, try something new, and explore new teaching methods that can make things easier and more efficient. I love to learn so anything that can help my students thrive.

Choice, Ownership, Voice, Authenticity is something everyone's ePortfolio should have. No one is researching and working on the same goals even if they are in the same department. My peers and I even though we are working on the same WIG, we al have our own way of getting there. This is why weekly meetings and check ins are important to make sure we are all holding each other accountable.
