Which Mindset am I?

As I am reading Carol S. Dweck 'mindset: The New Psychology of Success', I found myself agreeing and saying "yep that's me, that's me" in more than one of her scenarios from both the fixed and growth mindset perspective. So it has me thinking, what mindset am I really? Of course everyone wants to be in the growth mindset, willing to learn and except feedback. But, lets admit it gets hard at times. When we think we did everything right and we "finally" git it this time, but then there is always feedback on what we could do better. So do we always take it as a positive, or do we say "I am never going to get this"? I can definitely be the first to admit that I do a bit of both. Like thank you for the feedforward, but at the same time, I thought everything was perfect this time.
We should never feel as though we are never going to accomplish something because that then destroys our power of "yet". I myself have to remember that even the greatest of the greats have gotten knocked down plenty of times but they never failed. That's the mindset of growth. Willing to work on yourself no matter how long it takes and no matter what it takes to get there. Although we are not there "yet" we still have time.
What mindset do you feel you lean towards... honestly?
I couldn't agree more with finding myself in both the fixed mindset and the growth mindset. You are so right that when we finally "finish" a project and think we have polished it to perfection, feedback/feedforward can be difficult to accept, but this program is helping me shift my thinking on feedback to recognize that everyone reviewing and commenting is just working to help me make my innovation that much better/stronger. Keep up the great work and keep developing that growth mindset.
